What are Private Label Rights (PLR)

PLR stands for “private label rights”. They are also called brandable, licensed content, or done-for-you content.
You receive a “non-exclusive license,” – which means others may also license the same content (just like stock photos and videos)

You pay for a license once, and you keep 100% of the profits. No ongoing license fees or royalties. And the best part is – no attribution is necessary.

Licensing is quite common in the internet world. Most people don’t know (or care!) whether a product is licensed or not. If it satisfies their need and the content is engaging, they are happy.

How does private label content work?

You can add your branding and name to the content you download from ContentSpark.Co and even sell it as your own. You can give it away and more. The only thing you cannot do is let your clients brand and sell it as their own.

Resale rights, master resale rights, and transferable private label rights are NOT included in the licensing terms.

Whenever you sell or share Content Spark content with your customers, make sure you deliver the content via a non-editable format, like a PDF document.

Do I need to rewrite the content?

Rewriting the content is not required. However, we always recommend that our clients add their style and brand into the content to suit their branding needs.

You can also change the content format by recording a video or audio version of the content.

Rewriting the content can be as simple as changing the title, the first couple paragraphs, and adding your personal stories or examples.

It’s easier to tweak existing content rather than starting from scratch and substantially cheaper than hiring expensive freelancers.

How Private Label Licensing Works

Can I use the resources from Content Spark however I want?

Yup. You can brand it as your own. You can sell it. Give it away. Create products from it. Post it on your blog. You can create courses, webinars… your choices are endless.

The only things you can’t do are give it to anyone to put their brand on, and you can’t sell them on the Kindle store.

Can I translate the content into another language?

Absolutely! It’s a great idea to translate the brandable content to another language. You can do it yourself, or you hire a translator or even use Google translate (results need to be checked) to get the job done. You can dominate international markets in no time with this nifty trick!

Can I create Kindle books?

No. Unfortunately, this is not allowed due to Amazon’s policies.
Amazon does not allow any content that has been published anywhere else before – including your own if you’ve published it on your blog freely in the past! Their policy also includes PLR content.

Can I use Content Spark products to create and sell PLR content that my clients can brand and sell as well?

No. Resale rights, master resale rights, and transferable private label rights are NOT included in the licensing terms.

While you can sell the material as your own, you cannot sell the material to anyone to brand and sell it as their own.

Do I need to have a membership to purchase PLR products?

You need to sign-up as a member and purchase credit packs to buy products from Content Spark website. Check out the pricing page for more details.

How do credits work?

Others PLR sites force you to buy content packs and complicated subscription plans even if you needed only a few content pieces.

With Content Spark, the power to decide and choose is in your hands. With thousands of done for you, ready-made content available in the library, your imagination is the only limit!

You can pick and choose the exact resource you want and use your credits to download it. For example, you’ll get all files for that particular product for your download when you purchase a product. The number of credits depends on the type of the products.

For example, if a blog article is one credit, you will get all source files included for the one-credit – i.e., DOCX or TXT, or PDF format.

When are credits added to my account?

Credits are added to your account immediately after you make your purchase.

What happens if I don't use all of my credits?

Once you purchase credits on Content Spark, they do not expire till you use them. So don’t worry about credits expiry and complicated jargon.

Buy as you please and use the credits at your own pace!

What if I run out of credits?

If you run out of credits, log in to your Content Spark account and purchase additional credits from the pricing page.

Ordering and Content Delivery

What do I get when ordering a product on Content Spark?

You will receive the materials in an editable format so that you can make changes to the content to make it your own, or you can even use them as they are. Each product page highlights the specific files you will receive.

How will my content be delivered?

Once you purchase a product with your credits, the files are available to download in your Content Spark account. It’s really that easy.

How can I unzip the files?

We recommend using a free unzipping tool like 7-Zip to unzip all the files from the downloaded archive.

Billing

How do I cancel my plan?

Please refer to the billing page, and you can cancel your plan at any time if you wish to discontinue our services.

What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel your account, you will be able to download products only to the extent you have unused credits.

Once all your credits are used up, you need a valid billing plan to download products from Content Spark.

What is the refund policy?

Pay-as-you-Go Credits Refunds: Refunds for credit pack purchases can be made within 14 days of your invoice date, provided that you have not used any credits from the pack.

Additional Requests

Can I request content for a specific topic?

Definitely! Just use the Content Request form and tell us the topics you have an interest in, and we’ll gladly send your request to our content creation experts.

Can I get the project files for all the graphic content?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of licensing terms for all the media used while creating the graphics, we cannot provide the source files.

Can Content Spark set up the content or website for me?

Unfortunately, we do not provide technical services at this time. Consider hiring a virtual assistant from Fiver, Upwork, or any other freelance sites to help with your technical needs.
